District 12 Unveils Route 21 Improvement Plan Webpage

Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 invites the public to view its new webpage dedicated to the Route 21 Improvement Plan in Fayette and Greene counties.

PennDOT in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), will complete an in-depth study for the development and analysis of possible concepts to meet Pennsylvania Route 21 corridors purpose and needs; and to develop design strategies to improve safety and mobility on the transportation network. 

Details can be found by going to PennDOT District 12 website (www.penndot.pa.gov), then Design and Construction Projects under the District Links on the right side of the page. Click the Fayette County or Greene County tile, then Route 21 Improvement Plan.

Those unable to access the information may contact project manager Stacy Lloyd at stlloyd@pa.gov  or 724-439-7243. She may also assist you with documents in alternative languages, translation/interpretation services, or if you have special needs or concerns requiring individual attention.
