From project planning and design through construction and maintenance, PennDOT strives to ensure that we, our business partners, and local governments are delivering a transportation system that is as safe and environmentally conscious as possible. Some of our functions include working with staff and business partners on Right-of-Way, Grade Crossing and Utility requirements, providing CADD resources and even offering guidance and requirements for ADA and pedestrian accommodations, to name a few.
