Country Club Bridge Replacement Project
Project Overview
The Country Club Bridge Replacement Project is located in North Sewickley and Franklin Townships, Beaver County. The project consists of a full replacement of the existing 3-Span steel multi-girder structure with a 2-Span steel plate girder structure using Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Techniques.
In addition to replacing the existing structure, the project will include roadway reconstruction at the intersection of Route 65 Mercer Road with SR 1006 Mercer Road and the intersection of SR 65 Mercer Road with T-639 Country Club Drive. The scope of work includes other miscellaneous activities such as new pavement markings, guide rail updates, and drainage improvements.
The project is tentatively slated to be constructed under a 4-week roadway closure with a full detour during the 2025 Construction Season.
