This project will replace the existing single-span arch structure that carries Leger Road (State Route 4019) over Brush Creek in North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County.  In addition to the structure replacement, the project will also include reconstruction of the roadway approaches to the new structure, updates to drainage, guiderail, and signing. 

Traffic is anticipated to be detoured for approximately five (5) months during construction, starting in the spring of 2026 and ending in the fall of 2026.
