Public Meetings - June 2022
PennDOT and the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) hosted a public meeting for the U.S. 219 Meyersdale to Old Salisbury Road Project. The meeting was held on Thursday, June 23, at the Salisbury Volunteer Fire Department Station 618, 385 Ord St., Salisbury, PA 15558.
At this meeting, the public was invited to review the project team's progress since the Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) document and the proposed alternatives to carry into the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. The project team welcomed all questions and comments from the public on the proposed project.
Virtual Public Meeting
In addition to the public meeting, a virtual meeting was scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022, using Zoom to share and discuss the same project information for those who could or preferred not to attend in person. See below for a recording of the virtual public meeting.
