Projects and Funding Resources

PENNVEST users have many tools at their fingertips that can aid in the application planning process, including a Subsidy Calculator, Financial Assistance Simulator, and the current County Cap Rates calculations.

Need details on a project that has received PENNVEST funding in the past? View the Approved Project Search tool which offers a variety of search criteria that can be used to identify the information you need.

If you have an emergency related to public health and safety, environmental impact, compliance with a state or federal order, an economic development opportunity, or supply chain issues that requires you to begin construction or obtain materials prior to the completion of loan settlement, a Letter of No Prejudice (LONP) can be acquired under Projects and Funding Resources.
