PENNVEST pairs well with other funding sources. We can fund an entire project or fill in a funding gap when you are utilizing other funding that doesn't stretch far enough. There is no match requirement with PENNVEST funding, and our financing can be used as a match for most other funding sources.

Where Can I Find Other Sources of Funding for Water Projects?

County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) CCAP provides a list of all counties in Pennsylvania. Each county offers opportunities for funding to its local residents including Act 13 funding distribution.
Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) DCED offers a variety of funding to help facilitate community projects.
Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) PENNVEST and PHFA are partners in a special funding program, the PENNVEST Homeowner Sewage Program. Assistance is available to eligible homeowners who need to repair or replace their individual on-lot septic system OR connection to a public sewer system.
Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank (PIB) PIB is a PennDOT-operated program that provides low-interest loans to help fund transportation projects within the Commonwealth.
