    The PENNVEST Subsidy Calculator allows you to visualize the subsidy value of a loan from PENNVEST as compared to loan information you have acquired from other financial institutions. 

    Compare Subsidy Values With the Subsidy Calculator

    Enter the following information into the calculator:

    • The amount of financing you require.
    • The interest rate offered by a non-PENNVEST lender.
    • The loan term (number of years before final payment of the loan) offered by a non-PENNVEST lender.
    • The county in which the project resides.
    • The loan term you seek from PENNVEST.

    Once you select "Calculate", the calculator will provide a chart showing monthly, annual, and life-of-loan payment amounts for both a non-PENNVEST and a PENNVEST loan.

    The PENNVEST Advantage calculation shows you the difference in savings per month, per year, and over the life of the loan between the two loans.
