Blayre Holmes Davis is the Director of Community Relations for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In her role, she is in charge of spearheading the organization’s community engagement initiatives, social justice programs, working with each of the players on their community outreach efforts and implementing NFL league wide social responsibility programs.
Prior to joining the Pittsburgh Steelers, she was the Director of Advocacy and Community Outreach at Adagio Health. In her role, she was in charge of developing and implementing the organization’s advocacy platform and working collaboratively with a variety of community stakeholders to create healthcare and education partnerships throughout Western PA. Blayre has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and has presented at a variety of local and regional conferences on the social justice movements and sports, women in leadership, and youth organizing.
Blayre graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a degree in Communication. She currently serves on the boards of the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, Gwen’s Girls, and Fisa Foundation.
Blayre lives in Allegheny County with her husband Austin Davis and their daughter Harper. In January of 2023, Austin was sworn into office as the first Black Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania. Blayre has the honor of serving Second Lady of Pennsylvania and looks forward to uplifting and serving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
