The program can help with legal matters relating to:

- Age discrimination
- Guardianship defense
- Healthcare
- Housing
- Long-Term care
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- Nutrition
- Social Security & SSI
- Utilities
Eligibility
The program is open to Pennsylvania residents age 60 and older with a specific focus on older adults with the greatest economic and/or social needs.
Fees
There is no charge for the legal services provided through the program, however, voluntary contributions are always welcomed and appreciated. Clients are required to pay for actual costs incurred, such as court costs and filing fees.
