    Request Treatment Verification from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections

    If you are a reentrant, you can request verification of substance abuse treatment completed while incarcerated at a Pennsylvania Department of Corrections institution for driver license restoration or other needs by contacting the Division of Treatment Services.

    Why Treatment Verification Is Required

    The DOC’s Division of Treatment Services can help reentrants obtain the needed verification so they can obtain their license and use it to secure a job.

    Reentrants must work with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to restore their driver’s license. As part of that restoration process, many of them need verification of the drug and alcohol treatment they completed while they were incarcerated.
