Overview

You must send all publications for an inmate through the DOC’s Security Processing Center (SPC) first. Approved materials must be mailed from an original source vendor, including publishers or bookstores, to the SPC for processing.

Once a package has been delivered to the SPC, you can use the tracking number to follow its progress with our SPC Package Tracking System.

Contact the SPC

If the tracking number shows the package was received by the Security Processing Center more than 15 days ago and no information is found when searching for a package on our website, then please contact the SPC.
