    If you want access to state surplus property, you need to submit an online wants list request form.

    Overview

    The Wants List is available for all items through the State Surplus Property Program. All requets are valid for a period of a year, after that time, a new request must be submitted.

    To fill out the online wants list request form, you need the following information:

    • Date
    • Organization name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Contact person
    • Descriptionand quanitity of items

    Email the completed form to RA-statesurplus@pa.gov.
