Apply for a Uniform Construction Code Construction and Alteration Level 2 Permit

The Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC) is responsible for regulating building projects in the state. A Construction and Alteration Permit is required for Level 2 alterations. These rules apply when the work area is 50% or less than the size of the building.
