Each year, L&I selects thousands of employers for audit to ensure compliance with the reporting and taxation provisions of Pennsylvania's Unemployment Compensation Law.
The Unemployment Compensation Law requires employers to keep accurate employment records and other business records, which are subject to audit review.
If you choose to comply with an audit remotely, you can simply upload these records to L&I's secure site.
