Juvenile Court Judges' Commission

Request Right to Know Information from the JCJC

Once we receive a request for access to a record, the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission (JCJC) makes a good-faith effort to determine if the record requested is a public record and whether the agency has possession, custody, or control of the identified record. Then, we respond as promptly as possible under the circumstances existing at the time of the request.
