    Ordering RLEIA qualification cards

    RLEIA qualification cards will be provided to instructors as a personalized digital template. The template can be printed on business card stock, such as Avery 5371.

    Instructors should download the RLEIA Firearms Instructor Qualification Card Template request form. Complete the form and mail it with a money order or certified check for $2, payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to:
