    If you are considering filing a Right-to-Know Law request for tax records, please be aware that Pennsylvania tax records are confidential and may be released only to the taxpayer or pursuant to a release signed by the taxpayer. Requests for tax records must be submitted using the REV-467, Authorization for Release of Tax Records [PDF].
