If you are a member of the general public, report a death or incident involving medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) - such as methadone, naltrexone, and/or buprenorphine.

Overview

Members of the public can report any death or incident involving medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD).

These medications include methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. All information submitted is privileged and confidential.
