    Apply for a Radiator Accelerator General License (Non-Medical Accelerator License)

    Anyone wanting to buy, build, or get an accelerator must notify the department. This is done by applying for a specific license within 30 days of the first order.

     

    Body

    To get a license, you need to submit Part I and Part II of the application, along with the fee, to DEP, Bureau of Radiation Protection.

    No one can operate a particle accelerator for business or therapy without a department license.

    Remember, a first license is valid for five years.
