    File a Bio-Medical/Chemical Cleanliness Certification Form with the Pennsylvania Standards Laboratory

    If you are sending mass standards to the Pennsylvania Standards Laboratory for calibration, you must submit a Bio-Medical/Chemical Cleanliness Certification with your shipment.

    Overview

    For each and every submission of mass standards by the pharmaceutical, bio-medical, and chemical industries for calibrations to the Pennsylvania Standards Labatory, a Bio-Medical and Chemical Cleanliness Cerfication has to be submitted. 

    This form certifies that the shipment is free of all bio-medical and chemical contamination. 

    It also asks for a copy of your written policy or procedure for ensuring the cleanliness of materials leaving your facility.
