Upload Unemployment Compensation Tax Audit Documents

The UC Tax Services E-Audit Document upload site provides employers and their representatives the convenience of providing the necessary electronic documents to conduct the audit remotely.

Overview

Each year, L&I selects thousands of employers for audit to ensure compliance with the reporting and taxation provisions of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation (PA UC) Law. 

The PA UC Law requires employers to keep accurate employment records and other business records, which are subject to audit review.

If you choose to comply with an audit remotely, you can simply upload these records to L&I's secure site.
