Overview
Local treatment programs are administered through county drug and alcohol offices called Single County Authorities (SCAs). DDAP provides state and federal funding to SCAs through grant agreements.

Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Tool
Single County Authorities (SCAs) or providers are required to use the CSAT Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) data collection tool to collect and report performance data from the Department’s State Opioid Response (SOR) funding.
