Fishing
Lily Lake is managed under Big Bass Program regulations. It is also designated as: Stocked Trout Waters Open to Year-Round Fishing. Commonwealth Inland Waters regulations apply for all other species of fish.
The Commission historically has stocked the lake with Northern Pike fingerling.
Fish habitat structures have been placed in the lake (view PDF map) over the years as part of the Commission's Fish Habitat Improvement Program.
Boating
Boats with greater than 60 horsepower engines or greater than 20 feet in length are prohibited. Boats are limited to slow, no wake speed except those operating within the buoyed high speed operating zone, between noon and sunset between the Saturday preceding Memorial Day and September 30.

One launch ramp is available along with associated parking facilities.
Overnight mooring of unpowered boats is permitted only for boats that display a current registration. Unpowered boats may be moored from March 1 through November 30 at designated areas. Launch permits do not allow mooring privileges.
