In order to use TeleFile, taxpayers are required to submit a TeleFile Request Form and cite the reason (unable to access Internet; religious exemption) why they are unable to use online filing options. To obtain the Telefile Request Form and receive instructions for returning it to the Department of Revenue, call 717-787-1064.
This request form should be submitted to the department 30 days prior to the due date to ensure the department has enough time to update your account.
myPATH is a user-friendly online filing system that is an alternative to TeleFile. myPATH allows customers to accurately and securely file returns, make payments, manage their accounts, and interact with the department. myPATH is compatible with all browsers and devices, including your tablet or smart phone.
NOTE: To avoid electronic payments from being rejected, please contact your Financial Institution to remove any ACH Debit Blocks on your account and grant PA Department of Revenue authorization to debit your bank account.
