Key Actions Before Employee Separation
Ensure all necessary steps are completed before the separation date:
Employee Checklist - Complete all required tasks, such as closing time sheets and consulting with the State Employee Retirement System (SERS).
Supervisor Checklist - Ensure that everything is properly addressed for the separating employee.
Exit Mobility Survey
Before leaving the commonwealth, voluntarily separating employees should be provided with an exit mobility survey by the agency HR office.
