The following policies apply when paying for corporate and UCC services rendered by the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations:
- The fees of the Bureau are nonrefundable. The nonrefundable policy applies to both accepted and rejected filings.
- Customers may pay by check or money order made payable to the Pennsylvania Department of State.
- Cash or credit cards are not accepted.
- Checks may not be more than six months old.
- Checks must be commercially pre-printed with the name and address of the account holder.
- Please make sure that checks are signed.
- Effective January 6, 2014, credit card payments will be accepted for expedited services only.

Expedited Services
Expedited service fees are in addition to the statutory fees associated with the type of document submitted or service sought. An expedited service request form must be submitted for each request if filed on paper. This form can be found on the forms page. Expedited requests are NOT accepted through the mail.
