Financial Assistance Simulator
The Financial Assistance Simulator (FAS) allows you to produce an unofficial, hypothetical estimate of what PENNVEST's financial assistance offer might be, given the project-specific assumptions that you use as inputs to the simulator. Any estimates that are generated are merely general guides to what a potential funding offer might be.
Subsidy Calculator
The Subsidy Calculator allows users to see the subsidy value of a PENNVEST loan compared to a loan from other sources.
County Cap Rates
The County Cap Rate list provides current PENNVEST interest rates, by county, for years 1 through 5 and 6 through 20 years of the loan.
Letter of No Prejudice
A Letter of No Prejudice (LONP) can be requested if you have an emergency related to public health and safety, environmental impact, compliance with a state or federal order, an economic development opportunity, or supply chain issues that requires you to begin construction or obtain materials prior to:
- Applying for PENNVEST funding, or
- After the PENNVEST Board of Directors determines a funding proposal
This request must be approved before you purchase materials or start construction prior to completing the Settlement process.
Other Funding Sources
PENNVEST pairs well with other funding sources. We can fund an entire project or fill in a funding gap when you are utilizing other funding that doesn't stretch far enough. There is no match requirement with PENNVEST funding, and our financing can be used as a match for most other funding sources.
