    Renewal Information

    ACTIVE licenses can be renewed only during the renewal period, approximately 60 days prior to the license expiration date. Dental board renewal peroid is April 1 through March 31  in odd years. 

    If your license is INACTIVE or EXPIRED, you must submit a reactivation application through the online process.
