Policy, Planning and Legislative Affairs Office

The Policy, Planning, and Legislative Affairs Office supports the Adjutant General in developing, advocating, and implementing strategic policy and legislative priorities that enhance the quality of life for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families. Acting as the conduit between the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) and stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels, the Office ensures alignment with the Governor's priorities, the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and the U.S. Congress while delivering comprehensive guidance on budget, protocol, strategic communication, messaging, and external coordination impacting the Pennsylvania National Guard and Veterans.
