The purpose of this project is to improve operations and mobility near and within the Greentree Interchange thereby improving congestion, safety, and connectivity. The project also seeks to improve substandard and deficient aspects of structures and interchange ramp features within the project limits. The proposed improvements include reconfiguration of the interchange ramps, realignment and widening of Route 121 Greentree Road and Mansfield Avenue, widening of Poplar Street, replacement of the structure carrying Greentree Road (Route 121) over I-376, widening of the structure carrying I-376 over Poplar Street, extension of the third lane on I-376 westbound and other miscellaneous construction. The project is anticipated to be begin construction in 2029.

PennDOT District 11 and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are pleased to invite you to attend an in-person public meeting to discuss the I-376, Section A67 Greentree Interchange Project. The meeting will be held on March 12, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For those unable to attend, public meeting materials will be posted to this website following the public meeting along with a comment form to gather feedback.
