In-Person Public Meeting
PennDOT District 11 and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) hosted an in-person public meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the Green Tree Borough Municipal Center to discuss the I-376, Section A67 Green Tree Interchange Project. Click the button below to view the presentation.
The Penn Lincoln Parkway East is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act requires Federal Agencies to take into account the effects of projects on historic and archaeological resources. This meeting provides an opportunity for the public to provide feedback on the historical significance of the resources.

The purpose of this project is to improve operations and mobility near and within the Green Tree Interchange thereby improving congestion, safety, and connectivity. The project also seeks to improve substandard and deficient aspects of structures and interchange ramp features within the project limits. The proposed improvements include reconfiguration of the interchange ramps, realignment and widening of Route 121 Greentree Road and Mansfield Avenue, widening of Poplar Street, replacement of the structure carrying Greentree Road (Route 121) over I-376, widening of the structure carrying I-376 over Poplar Street, extension of the third lane on I-376 westbound and other miscellaneous construction. The project is anticipated to be begin construction in 2029.
