Municipality: Franklin Township
State Route: 18 & 21
Local Name: West Waynesburg Turn Lane
Project Type: Improvement
Proposed Construction Start: TBD
Proposed Construction End: TBD
Last Updated: 12/20/2024

Located in Franklin Township, Greene County - This project will install a two-way left turn lane in a corridor that is currently a two-lane, two-way roadway with many driveways and intersections. With the high volume of traffic, it lacks proper refuge for vehicles waiting to make left turns. This effort will help reduce rear end and angle crashes due to vehicles stopping in the single lane.

Construction to include "two way left turn lane" from "Burgers and More" to "Wayne Lumber & Supply."

The project is currently in design.
