This project involves safety improvements at the Route 63 (Sumneytown Pike) and Barndt Road, and Route 63 (Sumneytown Pike) and Route 563 (Ridge Road)/Old Skippack Road intersections in Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County. Improvements include roadway approach realignment, full depth pavement widening to accommodate new turn lanes, installation of new traffic signals and lighting, and updates to existing traffic signal phasing.

As part of PennDOT's public outreach program, the department held a live virtual public meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. The presentation and a recording of the meeting  are available under the Resources section.
