- National Small Business Assistance Programs (National SBEAP)
The National SBEAP provides resources to help small businesses to comply with environmental regulations. The National SBEAP is also a resource used by state SBEAPs (such as EMAP in Pennsylvania) to help provide small businesses with technical and environmental compliance assistance. This resource is intended to help small businesses and SBEAPs identify environmental regulations that may apply to various industrial processes. It also includes several air-focused tools such as emission calculators, compliance checklists and calendars. - Emerging Technology Applications Center (ETAC)
ETAC’s mission is to help businesses implement sustainable operating principles and reduce their environmental impact. They offer assistance that helps businesses align with Pennsylvania’s movement to lower carbon emissions, reduce energy consumption, and improve operational efficiency. ETAC also performs evaluations to identify ways to improve manufacturing processes and provides assistance with renewable energy options. - Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program

EPA has sponsored partnerships with industry, academic institutions, environmental groups, and other agencies to launch sector-specific Web-based Compliance Assistance Centers. Each Center addresses real world issues that are relevant to regulated entities. - Lehigh University Industrial Assessment Center
Lehigh University's Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) provides industrial assessment service to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The center is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy as a part of a national program to perform no-cost industrial assessments for small to medium sized industries.
