The Energy Accelerator Program (EAP) functions as Pennsylvania’s green bank. Established by the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA), the EAP will accelerate Pennsylvania’s energy transition by financing clean energy projects across the Commonwealth.
PEDA is working to develop a variety of financing programs for the EAP leveraging PEDA funds and funds secured through Federal programs, such as those provided by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), to create low-cost financing programs to support and accelerate clean energy project development in Pennsylvania. EAP programs aim to maximize the impact of public funds to leverage third-party investments into energy efficiency and renewables.
Below are the current programs available through the Energy Accelerator Program.
