Statewide Implementation
- Co-Chairs: Secretaries of Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) and Department of Agriculture (PDA)
- Purpose: Leadership to guide Pennsylvania’s WIP implementation, support countywide implementation efforts, and review and revise Pennsylvania’s milestones and programmatic initiatives as needed
- Frequency: Two times per year (every six months)
- Members: DEP, DCNR, PDA Management Team, Action Leaders
- Purpose: Champions for clean water choices and Best Management Practice education and installation in their realm of influence.
- Frequency: Four times per year (quarterly)

Statewide Local Action
- Purpose:Provide leadership, support, direction, and networking with county implementation teams
- Chesapeake Bay Office Clean Water Coordinator Team

Statewide Monitoring & Data Management
- Purpose: Provide support and guidance for water quality monitoring and state and local Best Management Practice tracking, verifying, and reporting
- Water Quality Monitoring Initiatives
- Reporting, Data Integration, Analysis, and Planning
Statewide Programmatic Actions
- Purpose: Accountability and support from regional offices for clean water action and tracking nutrient reductions
- Communications with regional office management, field staff, and county conservation districts
- Annual strategy session with coordinators and county conservation districts to check progress and milestones
Statewide Reporting
Leaders: Bureau of Watershed Restoration and Nonpoint Source Management , Federal Partners (USDA-NRCS)- Purpose: Reporting statewide progress and updates to EPA and Partners
- Outreach, compilation, reporting, and analysis of data
- Communications with partners and public related to progress
Statewide Communication and Engagement
- Purpose: Tell Pennsylvania’s story of clean water and Phase 3 WIP progress to our partners/public
- Outreach materials to support Best Management Practice education and implementation
