Arcadia Development of Bethlehem plans to construct a 250-thousand-square-foot warehouse along Gateway Drive in Hanover Township. The NPDES permit will allow for the discharge of stormwater from construction activities to Monocacy Creek, which is designated as high-quality waters-cold water fishes, migratory fishes and receives special protection under the Clean Water Act.
