    Lane Restrictions on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County

    April 21, 2025

    Dunmore, PA – There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 81 in Luzerne County for pothole repairs as follows between 700 AM to 3:00 PM:

    • Tuesday, April 22, 2025 – Interstate 81 northbound between mile markers 174 to 178
    • Wednesday, April 23, 2025 – Interstate 81 northbound between mile markers 176 to 178
    • Thursday, April 24, 2025 – Interstate 81 southbound between mile markers 178 to 173

    Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
