    Located in the Borough of Waynesburg – This $3.3 million project consists of the replacement of the existing structure carrying Route 21 over Toll Gate Run with a precast concrete box culvert.  The contractor is Advanced Builders, Inc., and the project is anticipated to be complete in Spring of 2025.

    Project Update

    12/18/2024 - The project is currently in winter shutdown and anticipated for completion in August 2025.  

    11/15/2024 - Temporary roadway paved. The contractor is preparing to start the installation of temporary shoring to start safely excavating for a new precast concrete box culvert in spring 2025.
