Traffic control during construction will consist of half width construction, maintaining one lane of traffic controlled by a temporary signal at each end. A temporary sidewalk will also be maintained during construction. In addition to the structure, the project includes approach work, drainage improvements, sidewalk improvements, and utility relocations.
