Located in Franklin Township and Jefferson Township in Greene County – This $4.8 m​ilion project begins at the intersection of Route 21 (Roy E. Furman Highway) and Route 19 (Mt. Morris Road) and proceeds east for approximately 3.5 miles to the intersection Route 21 and Route 2026 (Rolling Meadows Road).

The scope of work will include concrete patching, milling and resurfacing, diamond grinding, high friction surface treatment, signal upgrades, replacing guide rail to current standards, tree trimming, upgrade to ADA ramp, repair of mountable curb, inlet top replacement, replacing delineation and signing.

The project was awarded to Gulisek Construction LLC.

Project Update

12/19/2024 - The physical work is completed, and the project is open for traffic.
