North Penn Water Authority to Close Route 563 (Ridge Road) in West Rockhill Township

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that North Penn Water Authority will be performing utility construction on Route 563 (Ridge Road) in West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, beginning Monday, March 10.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent. 

North Penn Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways including color-coded winter conditions, by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
