The shared ride program provides on demand transportation in every county in Pennsylvania. This service is open to the general public and certain populations such as Seniors, Persons with Disabilities and individuals who qualify for Medicaid receive subsidized trips.  These reports examine ways to improve management, operations, and fiscal sustainability in this program.
