    Improvements at the intersection of Holland Street and the Bayfront Parkway is expected to be included in Stages​ 3 and 4 of the project, expected to happen in 2025 and 2026. 

    Improvements will include construction of the multi-lane roundabout, a pedestrian bridge over the Bayfront Parkway, changes to some parking areas near the intersection, and completion of missing links within the multi-use trail on the waterfront side of the parkway and along Holland Street.
